We prepare these elegant brochures on each and every listing we take. Sellers love them. Buyers love them. They’re printed on ultra high-gloss cardstock, are very informative, and absolutely beautiful!

VIRTUAL STAGING

If you’re selling a home that’s vacant, we can boost its appeal by doing a bit of virtual magic. Software allows us to artificially furnish a home, which looks stunningly realistic online and in print.

FACEBOOK ADVERTISING

We place facebook ads for each of our listings in order to target buyers who have shown an interest in buying a home in your area. They’re very effective, and average between 2,000-2500 views from interested buyers!

CUSTOM SIGNS

Have you ever driven by a home that’s for sale, and wondered what the inside (or even the backyard) looks like? So have we, and often it’s those features that prompt buyers to call. So we include them on our signs!

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

We have a professional photographer take photos of each of our listings. Unlike some photos you see online, ours will not be crooked, or blurry, or too dark, or too light. Instead, the photos that buyers see will be perfect!

SOLAR LIGHTED SIGNS

One thing we’ve noticed is that traffic doesn’t stop when the sun goes down…so why shouldn’t the sign in front of your home be lit up? There could be five homes for sale on your street, and the one that’s most easily noticed will be yours!

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers in the country. Less than 2% of REALTORS® nationwide hold this designation.

Earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate.

Certified Probate Real Estate Specialists have been specially trained in the selling of real estate through the probate process. Probate is a court-regulated and often complicated series of steps that must be carefully monitored and managed.
