For that reason, we made the decision years ago to use “For Sale” signs that display photos to show what the property has to offer. Our sellers love them (and so do buyers!).
They cost a little more, but they’re worth it!
While many agents are looking for ways to cut their costs to a minimum, our philosophy is a bit different. We’d rather spend a little extra to ensure that your property has the best marketing of ANY other property for sale in the entire neighborhood. We do it because it’s the right thing to do.
