Listing your

CURRENT HOME

We'll take care of

EVERYTHING

Once you’re pre-approved to purchase your next home, the second step is to put your current home on the market (if it’s not already listed). By this point, we’ll have determined how much your property is worth, and discussed our marketing gameplan to get your home sold fast. if you haven’t previously done so, please be sure to take a look at our “Seller” page here.

The paperwork is straight forward, and we’ll go over the relevant timeframes for things like the property being photographed, when the brochures and custom sign will be ready, dates of prospective open houses, etc.

By the way, getting your home ready for the photo shoot is one of the most important items on the list! See more on that here.

Preparing for the photo shoot

Before the Photographer Arrives
Please keep in mind that the photographer schedules multiple photo shoots per day. For that reason, it is IMPERATIVE that the home be ready BEFORE he/she arrives. Also, for liability reasons, the photographer is not allowed to help arrange personal items, move furniture, or assist in cleaning and de-cluttering the home.
