The very moment we input your home into the multiple listing service (MLS), it will soon show up on all of the major real estate sites like Zillow, Homes.com, Trulia, Realtor.com, Redfin, and literally thousands of individual agents’ personal websites. We don’t have to do anything to make that happen. It’s automatic. But what about social media? The number one destination for social interactions is still facebook, so we advertise your property there!

We typically run the ad for the first week to generate its initial buzz. It then takes on a life of its own after people start seeing it and sharing it with their friends. Below is a screenshot of the actual ad results for one of our listings. You can see that in one week, almost 2,000 people viewed the ad (it was targeted toward people within a 30 mile radius who were looking for properties in that neighborhood). And almost 100 people clicked on the ad for more information.
