The search below is kind of a “starter” search, and shouldn’t take the place of the more detailed “ideal home” search discussed under “Create a Wishlist” which can be found here. Both searches come directly from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), but the search below doesn’t include many of the “extra” details (like granite counters, or a workshop in the garage, or walk-in pantry, etc.) that we can include on the more detailed search.

For your search, simply enter all of the criteria that meets your needs, from how many bedrooms, to maximum sales price, to whether you want a pool, etc. Please note that the default property types in the top left of the frame includes both single family homes and condominiums. You may exclude condominiums by clicking the “X” on that box. Have fun house-hunting, and if you see something you like, give me a call!
